Autumn & Halloween

Autumn is the time of harvest. Colorful vegetables and fruit are often combined with flowers. Pumpkin spice, pumpkin bread and Halloween, developed from ancient new year festivals and festivals of the dead. Customs such as carving pumpkins into jack-o-lanterns, bobbing for apples, dressing in costumes, trick-or-treating, and decorating the home are popular activities to help celebrate the fall.
